Looking for 23 CC recessed Hand rail brackets
I'm looking for a source for the angled extruded aluminum hand rail brackets (note the front center bracket was straight) on the Potter 23 CC recessed bow hand rails that were sized properly to prevent hand injuries- Not the stainless steel welded rails that the CSY boats have.

Pease let me know the timetable and condition of the brackets- I'm looking for a solution by after new year- pictures are always good. I'm looking for like new parts.
Thanks red20 for the etec referral: I'm very familiar with their products from my white glove service and refit days: Good stuff, but I want to do a sea craft with a minimum of "contender" influence.

Ditto on my 20SF....
Stainless, not welded! Carbon copy (only 3 ft shorter) of the original aluminum rail!

Yes, that's my real name- no relation to "The SeaCraft Bill Potter"
But: I have been acquainted with him for years, and spoke with him a few weeks ago. I'm a Marine Surveyor in South Florida with a background in white glove boat service.
I'm planning and executing a 1986 23' refurb/ customization to replace a '78 Potter 18 custom that I've had for 12 years (my kids have become full size), and I am looking for a proper replacement for the knuckle cruncher stainless steel recessed rails. The old school cut extruded anodized aluminum rail brackets suite me just fine- my family had a '75 23 CC stern drive from '75- '81; and those rails worked much better.

No offense intended
I'm a big fan of Contenders- I've serviced, maintained, and surveyed a bunch!: I just don't want to use EVERY component off of a Contender. As it is, the leading choice at this point for the console for my 23 project is the 25 Contender tournament console (front door; easy rigging, maintenance, and storage). I like my projects to be distinctive, and don't want my latest project to look like I stole a contender and installed all the gear on my sea craft.
Just my perspective- Bill
