Default got the fever!

Man, I've got the seacraft fever!!! Saved this 1974 sceptre 20' I/O from sitting and wasting away. Nice float on aluminum trailer included. Boat has sold original floors and has the original gel coat never painted. Clean project just needs cleaning up.

I looked at a 76 Sceptre out board yesterday. Clean, solid hull and deck. Fewer gel coat spider cracks than my 18. Bad windshield, no power, no trailer and no title. It does have a 5 year old registration though.

I saw your thread on yours a while back and it is definitely a beautiful boat. As Forrest Gump would say "I like it a lot".

Default I/o Box modification

Hey strick, do you mind if I copy one of your Ideas on your sceptre. I liked this idea and with my decks being solid I would hate to cut into them to delete the I/O box. Making it into a live well is a great idea!
