Thanks Sandy not too many people appreciate nor care about taking the time and effort to put together a classic pasta dish the way it is was intended to be until they taste it. I use to always serve it with the sunny side yolk on top but Mel prefers I toss it in the pasta prior to plating.

Yes, the switches are Bocatech in a custom panel put together by International Marine.

17 hours spent this weekend wiring and I'm probably close to half way. The auto pilot took a good half a day. It's the simple stuff that takes so long to get done if you do it it right. 7 straight hours behind the helm wiring in 90 degrees sucks!

As she sits I could fill her with gas and go for a ride but there is just too much left to do to be distracted by the want to get back on the water. It does however keep me motivated.

Looking through some old pics and found one showing how far forward the windshield was prior to the mod....

Trim tab install is complete but was challenging as the bracket needed to be notched to accommodate the travel requirements. I'm very pleased with the end result. Today it is back to wiring behind the helm as well as fishing wires thru the top for radar, lights and antennas. Ordered the Seablaze X stern lights last night and was able to reason with Mel on the color selection. Of course she wanted blue but after researching that green was a far better color for attracting fish she agreed green was a more practical selection for the cost.

The Tabs look great! Can't wait to hear what you think after you run with them.

Agreed. Her lines are so pleasing and Mel looks like she just
got a pony for Christmas.

So true on classic dishes.
We Americans seem incapable of naming anything,
or adhering to the classic prep.
