Default 23' Old'sCool cruise report

Cruise report, 23' Hermco bracket, 300 Yamaha 4S, PT 16P 4Blade, 5 adults, lg beer cooler, ~70 gals fuel. Cannot get sideways out....4300 rpm, 28.4 kts, 2.4 mpg.

I'm getting very similar numbers from 23' 2001 hull, no bracket repowered with a 300 Mercury Verado. 4500rpm usually turns up 30.0 knots... no pics but will get some this weekend.
