Well Ive been in Australia for the last few weeks so I have been long out of touch. That guy lives in Homestead Fla and he told me to Email him the site but all my Emails get returned so ill try to track him down thru a mutual freind. What he told me was he was trying to sell it in its original state and kept getting rediculous low offers so he said he would rather cut the thing up with a chainsaw then sell it so low.
