Some guy brought in his flat's boat to the shop and it had the trolling tabs on it. Not sure if they were Lenco's , but he said that they really sucked a lot of juice from the batteries.

I think it is a good solution but wonder how effective they are. I'd really like to take my Mako 231 in tight along the rocks and ledges, but like the rest of you, I'm too worried about hitting something and ruining her. Fiberglass and rocks don't mix. I'd like to find an old 15-16 aluminium with a 15hp outboard and use that for fishing along the rocks and in super shallow water.
