John the lower bolts should be accessible through your bilge. Not sure of your exact set-up, though.
However, I want to b*$#ch slap [img]images/icons/shocked.gif[/img] you for letting your sweet boat fill up with ice. You must be itching to put in a new floor, transom and stringers.
