Thru Hull Transducer location?

I wouldn't do it. I have three thu hull trans ducer in the bottom of my 1999 25' SeaCraft and I wish I didn't. None of the bottom units will read over 20 knots.

IMO-Either do a in-hull or the transom mount. Once you have a hole in the bottom you'll always have one.

FYI two are Lowrance and one is Furuno.
