Space is tough to find around here too...I think I just happened to open the paper on the right day. Rich- the garage is located in Beverly. It is 30' x 25' and has a gravel floor. No electricity which I assumes means no heat either. However, since we would be working on the boats on random days...I am sure we could run a generator and portable propane heater or jury rig something else. Ed
