Decided the other day that I didn't like the shape of the transom outter skin so I sanded it down to fiberglass and filled in the areas that I didn't like with 20oz matt. Got it pretty close, now im gonna put a thin layer of filler over the whole transom and sand till im happy and hopefully that will be early enough to get the first coat of paint on thurs.





Then just as I was leaving to out for the evening the UPS man walked up my stairs to deliver the new 18" engine bracket from stainless marine.
