Default seacraft master angler 27'10

new to site. I have located a seacraft 27 10 master angler to may be up for sale and I am considering it but would like some imput from people who know more about it than me. The boat has been sitting on blocks for about three years. It appears to be in good shape and needs some cosmetics from sitting so long, teak refinishing, bottom paint ect. It has a tuna tower with dual stations, the orignal 305 inboards have been replaced with brand new 350,s new transmissons and heat exchangers with 8 hrs. on them.My questions are; does anyone have any experience with this model, what kind of performance can I expect, speed, handling, fuel consumption ect. and a price range that I should base an offer on.I currently own a 24 ft sea ray flushdeck with twin 150 mercs and it is a gas hog. From what I can tell only 16 of these 2710's was ever made so it makes it hard to find a comparison. the owner is up in years and thats why it has'nt been used in a couple of years, thats also a question because of new low hour engines sitting that long
