NADA values are way way off. Their values are based on straight depreciation of the original value (and factor nothing else).

Look up a 1975 23 seacraft for example . . . $1,680 average retail price. Is that even close to the average retail for these boats???

That being said . . . I did sell my 1999 150 ficht . . . for $2500 (controls, rigging, 2 props, engine stand). It had a little over 150hrs. 2001 motor is much much better.
