which sceptre to buy ?

I am new to the sea craft, plan to purchace this month, what top speed could I exspect out of a 23 spectre I.B. yanmar 230 hp., straight shaft, I.B.? Also will the I.B. be a hassle to launch off a toirsion susp. nextel alum. trailer?
