So just got back from checking it out in person and turns out it's an 83' boat with an 84' yamaha 115 that starts right up, although there is a chip of one of the fins on the lower unit (about an inch or so in diameter). The transom is in good condition, hull is in good condition and the deck is in good shape. Just one spot behind the rear seat next the the rear baitwell that might be a little soft. Trailer in good condition, new lights just need some tires. So, after all that said gonna off 3500, see what he says.
