Default NewBie (perhaps) 1988 20. CC

befor I purchase the boat, I have a major question. Seller informs me that the boat has a gas leak and the tank must be removed.

where is the tank?

what is involved?

estimated cost of removal

Need as little as 35 gal as a replacement

other than the gas leak is there any thing else to look for. I understand that all residual from the gas must be removed and perhaps it is a problem that cannot be fixed.
