I've bought a lot of stuff from Capt. Chuck at clrmarine.com his prices are very good and he answers his phone. I think he's based in Michigan. Check his stock quantities if in a hurry. I received both Moeller and Sea Choice brands - they looked Identical to my

I got some 4, 5 and 6 inches, But I believe the scuppers themselves I cut to like 3-3/8"

The flaring tool is also in this catalogue page series. You will gave to get an extended length bolt for the tool.
I thing I used a 5-1/2" bolt.

P.S If your Mariner 115 is the inline six, I found a 13-3/4 by 15 black max to be perfect for my Seafari prop
