above deck fuel tank and no baitwell?

i just bought my new to me seacraft 20cc, i have been looking at alot of pictures here and find that mine seems to be differant, am i missing somthing? i have the fuel tank above the deck under the councel where i think i am supposed to have a flip seat but dont and no live well in the floor. the specs page shows the bait well and a tank in the floor. is this normal for some models? the two rear hathes have nothing in them either only bilge access. is this all they were for? it is a 71 cc sf20 i beleive.
