brand new restoration

my 84 CC went down in a frekish storm last week and i am looking to do a restoration. any advice and suggestions are GREATLY appreciated.. thinking about raising my transom by 5" and repowering with a Yamaha 250/4.2l 30" shaft, Accon pop up cleats, remove and install new 144 gallion tank, i fly fish and need some ideas for rod storage..console got trashed and want to find an alternative HELP....
