Seafari forward bilge drainage

From the bulkhead forward of the fuel tanks, aft of the cockpit sole step down to the hull and stringers. Not sure if this was OEM or not, but one layer of 0/90 tape. Stringers had biax tape to the hull. Still messy, but ok. A raw water intake (for the old OMC?) was down there and repaired. I re-repaired it with some 1708. So the bulkhead might not be original.
