know how to avoid these kind of problems ?

shop local - establish a relationship with your local dealer, after all,he supports your community by paying property taxes, and education taxes, along with hiring local people...

dealing with internet "stores" - well, most of these "stores" have no inventory, the items are drop shipped from the warehouse - reason a slightly lower price can be offered - often times, that price isn't that much lower...cutomer service ?? well, have a question on how to use/install that product,i don't think you're gonna get far emailing/asking for help huh ?? however, establish a relationship with a local dealer, and that changes - he's local, you have a problem, odds are he's gonna help you out...

shopping by price alone,it provides no true comparison of value...

attempting to save 25cents on a $100 item, then waiting a week for that item, doesn't seem all that wise to me...here's a queston "what's your time worth" ??
