Default 1977 SC Angler new member

I bought this 1977 Seacraft Angler this June(my first boat) to fish off the Ct coastline. The boat had some electrical issues and I thought about selling it for a more reliable boat. It has had a lot of neglect. I decided to try to sell it and ended up buying a 205 WA Cuddy sportcraft with a 200hp 4 stroke. After a ride or two in the sportcraft I knew I was making a huge mistake. There was no comparison between the 2 boats-the sportcraft felt like a whale compared to my Angler. The hulls react very different, cross a wake in the Seacraft without much of a concern, in the Sportcraft hang on and wait for the slam.
The Sportcraft is now for sale and I am starting to overhaul and repower with my Seacraft. More posts to follow as I have never refitted a boat.
