Way to go Martin! Did you gig the mullet or did he jump in the boat. I've had plenty jump in. I remember taking a friend out when I was a teenager and spooking a school of big mullet with the light while he was standing on the bow. One of them jumped with a full head of steam and hit my friend right in the junk! Took him down instantly. Funniest thing I ever saw!
