Reuse scuppers

Yeah I think somebody replaced them because I found the same part that was in there,they used plastic splash well drain tubes.i did use them,also there was no rotted wood in there,all solid.is it OK to use them??Haven't tried the boat yet.but it was a nice tight fit.used 5200 fast cure.
