Advice on buying used but new to me 1973 potter Hull 23’ seacraft

Hello. These guys s have all given u great advise and I don’t know what these guys know but I am the middle of a 1973 rebuild and one thing is is for sure,if decks and transom have not been rebuilt they will for sure need to be done. As one said if it’s cheap just buy it they are hard to find. Great boats good luck.
