NO WAY that tank is 5 years old or less and leaking !!
It had to be a used tank... The mold and tree debris & butt splices in your pics pretty much prove that ... There is a tank company in Perry on Hwy 98 just south of you. Pull that tank and have a new one made than replace all hoses to boot. Not that big of a deal, and less than a $1000 for the whole deal if you DIY.... Just Do-it !
