Well, it looks like we're headed in the direction of keeping the Jeep... AND buying the 2014 Tacoma! It's a pretty awesome deal (by today's standards anyway), it'll be interesting comparing the towing capabilities. One of the things I like about the Jeep is that it has a manual transmission, so downshifting helps with the braking. The Tacoma wheelbase is like four feet longer than the Jeep, which I'm guessing will help it ride better while towing, but take a little getting used to at the ramp. Will post my observations, although again, its only 3 1/2 miles to the ramp from home, all at 25-30 mph.
