found a tsunami

i was helping an older gentleman move some things in his barn out here and guess what i found. 75' tsunami? hull in excellant shape, i/o,tabs,camper top, and trailer(so so shape). i'm going to ask to buy it from him...so what should i offer him. his neighbor said 5,000. what do you guys think. i couldn't find any soft spots on the deck and transom "seems" good. my lady is going to dump me after this move. thanks in advance for the help
