Why so few 21s?

Why aren't there many 21s here on the board? Is the 21 called a 20 by some folks because it's actually 20'5" LOA? I'm looking to buy an older 21 and am having trouble finding info on the 21s in general but then began thinking maybe I was missing something. I'd appreciate it if someone could point me in the direction to find some info on the 21 footers.
