This is strictly an opinion here... that bracket doesn't look like it could take much in the way of a sea and bouncing around- it doesnt look well secured either. My Gil Bracket is fastened with 18 half inch wide stainless bolts. It appears this one has twelve or less. I would inquire as to who fabricated it and if they have made these types of things before; instead of investing in an untested bracket.
