New Johnson 4-st. 140 a Suzuki?

The look and the specs for the new Johnson 4-st. 140 are identical to the Suzuki. Is it safe to assume that it IS a Suzuki?

Curious because if it is, that might answer some dealer/availability issues. Wonder how it is priced compared to the Suzuki...
