Default I gotta raise it an inch

I have a fixed jack plate on my 20 cc and I need to raise my 150 J about an inch. Of course I have maxed out the height of the jack plate! I was thinking a stainless plate with countersunk holes would do it but I don't know how thick it would have to be. Anybody have suggestions how to solve my problem?
