deck replacement on a 20 cc

deck replacement on a 20 cc

I was wondering has anyone ever tried recoring the deck from poping the deck and cap off as one piece instead of cutting the deck away like I have seen in the pics on this site? What are the pros and cons of doing it, if you can even do it this way?
