Glad to hear things went well!!

What grit sand paper did you use and at what point in the process ?(fairing, after the primer etc.)..Can you reduce the paint to make it flow better during brushing....although you said it leveled out after it sat and cured .. so I guess you dont want to mess with that...

Sounds like foam rollers all the way!!!!! Very Glad to hear you got the mirror finish!!!I've seen boats that leave something to be desired after the roll and tip process....you see the true meaning of the "orange peel surface"
