Default New England- boat pricing

New Englander’s, I thought you could be of some assistance with pricing on a few boats.

I’ve got a couple of boats in my sights:

1: 1974 20’CC under shrink wrap, I was able to stick my head inside the wrap but didn’t board, the deck looks pristine. Came originally with an I/O the Transom has been repaired (I/O and about a 2’ area glassed in) but still needs to be faired in. No trailer. The guy said it’s been sitting there for about 5 yrs.

2. 1974 20’ CC outboard. Hull and deck look to be in very good condition. Comes with 1998 Mercury offshore 115, and a Tandem trailer.

3. 1978 20’ Seafari, 1980 150hp Johnson. Needs a little bit of work, but is in the water now and it runs. Comes with a trailer. John did you look at this one?. Personally, I’d have to discount the motor 100% running or not.

Any input on the above would be appreciated
