Default project difficulty rating chart

A while back there was talk of a set of links to suppliers and the like. A few were listed and hopefully people have gotten some use from it.

Another very helpful chart may be a "level of difficulty chart" based on how much embibing a given project entails. Just today I have read of projects requiring "2 kegs", "guidance from Jose Cuervo" , and the ever-present X number of Buds to get the job rolling.

SO, how about some thoughts on:

complete transom redo -
rubrail replacement -
bracket installation -
new deck -
hydraulic steering installation -
