Default Hull to Liner/Cap joint

I need to resecure the hull to cap joint, my plan is to use sheet metal screws, and 5200, then from the inside cut access holes (deck plate hatches) and epoxy the back of the joint with two layers of roven. Once cured I plan on replacing the sheet metal screws with bolts and washers where I can reach them. I would appreciate other ideas or comments on this approach.
