price on 23 cc inboard

A friend of mine has a boatyard and is getting the title to a 23 cc inboard with a recently new engine. The boat is on a roller trailer and has a tower mounted to the gunwale. There is nothing else worth mentioning that I know of allthough I will find out exactly what year and make of everything. Provided it's in good shape, does anyone have a ballpark figure of what its worth for a somewhat quick sale? Also let me know if you are interested.
