What does anyone know about Stratos 226 walkaround

I looked at a Stratos 226 walk around nicely out fitted today. Is this a seaworthy boat? Seemed to have a low transome but seemed well made. 1995 with Radar. Colour FF, DGPS, Lee riggers , hard top, raft eperb, swivel rod holders.etc 2001 glv. tamdem trl. 150 Ocean pro new power head. claims 20 hrs. . What kind of $ is this worth? Is it a safe boat? This could be the four boat theory for me. Scotty.
