'72 Seafari. Currently running a '92 Merc 150 reman'd to roughly 200 hp. Fuel economy is not that good - nearly 9 gph at cruise, and over 14 at WOT. Normal top speed is about 48-49 Statute mph, but running downwind light on fuel in a moderate chop I once got up over 50....Woooohaaaa! Suck a 43 gal tank dry in no time!
If you're getting fuel economy of under 6 gph at cruise, Praise God! I gotta wait a couple more years before I replace my hybrid 150/200 Merc. (Mostly '92 Xr4 150 - Intake, carbs and electricals from '02 200 carb motor) [img]/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]
