The ironic part is that they probably could have paid for Capt C's boat to be repaired 4x over with the ammount of money they spent on a PR agency to put together this filtered press release.

The reality of the situation is that the coast guard has a recall out on some of their boats b/c the construction is so poor. If construction isn't Tracker's number one priority then the company will suffer warranty claims and lawsuits till the end of it's very existance. I'm glad that Seacraft MAY be beefing up the staff, but I wouldn't expect things to change much.
