How does this come off?

Does the wood center cap on the steering wheel just pry off? Or maybe there is a special incantation I need to use. Moderate prying pressure did not work and I wondered if there is something else to it.[img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] I thought I'd ask before breaking out the crow bar. Thanks for your help.
