Default Swim Platform Install ?

Still 'putzing' around with installing a full transom , teak swim platform on my 23' Tsunami w/ an I/O.

The question - after I have figured out my waterline w/ a loaded boat and full tank of gas, how high should the platform be mounted over that line ?
