new member i need help

I am looking to buy a sea craft 1974.it has twin 200hp merc.the hull # is SECF3205M74I,he said it is a 24'.I do not know about sea craft boats.any info would help me out alot.i have heard about fuel tanks going bad that is about it.i am going to look at it next week.what am i looking for to tell what shap it is in? are there any know bad place to look for? any help would be great.thanks for your help and time.
