20 Center Console

Looking for a little advice from someone out there.... There is a 20' center console that just went up for sale on my street. It's a 70 something hull with a 98 Mariner 125 with low hours. The foredeck is soft and needs to be replaced but there is no other visable rot or soft spots. The transom is solid and the outer hull is also in good shape. Trailer is included as well. My questions are what kind of money is a boat like this worth and is there anything else that I should be looking out for? I would appreciate any honest advice ASAP, Thanks.
