Is it possible to ever get your money back?

Have any of you guys ever sold a 20 SF after total renovation and gotten all the money that you put into it?? I am just curious if it is possible. How much would you pay for a quality new/classic boat? I am not trying to sell mine, but I can't help but wonder if I am just an idiot for putting so much money in my boat. It just gets away from you when you are trying to make the boat perfect! Thoughts??
