Bilge drain plug

I want to replace the expandable rubber plug type drain stopper currently used for the bilge drain on the 20 SF that I just bought. I seem to remember a thread several months ago discussing a top quality SS fitting that had a threaded plug on a "keeper" type device, but I can't find anything like that using the search function. Anyone remember that thread, or know what I'm talking about?
