First Seacraft

I have been looking at "Potter Built" SCs but have come to believe that an older hull is not the right choice for me
(budget, mechanical ability and geberal not wanting to take on a project all say New Boat) I have come accross 2 2003 20 footers. Both have Mercury power 1 is a 150 Optimax w/ 100hrs the other 115 four stroke w/ 300hrs . My question is what is the quailty of these newer hulls, are these still a quality hull design worth the extra $?
