Default Re: Classic 1974 SF 20’ Sea Craft for sale

bigbfitz,

I'm in MA and am in the middle of redoing the transom on my 1976, 20' SF right now. I figure it will cost me about $500-$600 in materials if I use epoxy and plywood, add another $300 +/- if I use a composite material. Just for reference, I called a Boston area firm that restores a lot of SeaCrafts and, sight unseen, they suggested I budget $3,500 to have them do the work. While I haven't checked, I'd guess there are a lot of options fall between that budget estimate and my estimated cost (just materials).
