Default Used Seacraft value

Good morning,

I am new to the Seacraft hull and was looking at a 1989, 23 SF hull with a 1989 merc 275 out board. Hull number S1CF3193G889. My question is do the hulls hold there value? Is this a trailerable size, yes my truck can pull the weight? What should we look for when surveying the hull?
1989 Merc is an old engine so any info yu may have about the stress on that outboard pushing this hull would be good as well.

Tks your help. This is a great looking boat but on the West Coast our exposure the "Seacraft" is very limited.
