I need some measurements off a 23 inboard please!

I am getting a trailer for my 23 inboard seacraft, but it is in FL and i am in NY at the moment. I do not have anybody down there to take the measurements i need. Does anybody have:

1. Bottom of transom to lowest part of skeg or prop.
2. Distance from back of transom to where the prop shaft exits the hull
